You may want to reconsider using the Starbuck brand. As a Seattleite, I Personally do not feel that visitors to our city should be subject to yet another mediocre and unsatisfying cup of overroasted and bitter coffee/espresso. Let's face it. Anyone who lives here really does not like Starbucks if they like good coffee. You could have a multitue of exceptional coffees at your hotel that would represent you better. Vivacci, Vita, Zoka, Fuel, even Diva is better. All of them have a far superior product. I work at the UW and we have faculty candidates staying in your facility regularly.
