March 2008  Columbus, OH.  I spent six nights at Watertown and can not say enough  good things about this hotel and the service.  Many extras not usually found in a hotel at this price range make for a very comfortable stay: free interent access, cookies in the afternoon, free happy hour, hot breakfast, complimentary shuttle service to downtown, and much more.

March 2008  Edmonton.  I stayed here during a conference near the university.  It is clear that a lot of effort has been put into making a stay at Watertown a relaxing, enjoyable experience.  The staff was helpful and friendly, the room spotlessly clean and the little touches like Aveda bath products, Tazo tea, and Starbucks coffee are appreciated.

February 2008  Berkeley, CA.   The Watertown is our favorite hotel anywhere.  The staff is so friendly and helpful.

February 2008  Wilsonville, OR.  It is always a pleasure to stay at the Watertown.  I am comfortable here and always know what to expect from the consistent quality.

January 2008  Norfolk, VA.  Perfect, perfect, perfect.  Other hotel chains should study the Watertown.  You've broken the mold!
