Departing From the Hotel

• The shuttle leaves the hotel every hour on the hour with a reservation. Reservations are highly recommended since space is limited to 6 passengers. Guests with reservations will be loaded first. Guests without reservations will be accommodated based on availability.
• To ensure a timely trip, please be in the lobby five minutes prior to your departure time.
• Due to time and distance constraints, the shuttle will drop off and pick up at the designated stops listed. Our guest service agents can help choose the best place for you to be dropped off.
• Washington State Law Requires a Car Seat for all children less than six years of age or less than 60 pounds. Unfortunately, we cannot allow any children not meeting these requirements on our shuttle unless you provide a car seat. Please see a guest service agent for more information.

Returning to the Hotel

• Scheduled pick-ups are made on the half hour of every hour by reservation. Please be at the designated pick-up point five minutes prior to this time for the shuttle will not be able to wait.
• You may schedule your pick-up time at the front desk when you make your reservation for a drop-off or directly with the shuttle driver when you are dropped off. You may also call the hotel when you are ready to arrange a pick-up. However, please note that these calls will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis.

Please understand that traffic can be heavy and that other guests will be using our shuttle service at the same time, therefore, the shuttle may be early or delayed by 10 minutes. We cannot guarantee that your party will be the first to be dropped off or picked up. With this in mind, please allow time to get to your destination or arrange alternate transportation if necessary.
